Please feel at home at the Embassy of Afghanistan in Canada. We are here to serve the dual purposes of facilitating bilateral relations between the two countries as well as connecting Afghan citizens living in Afghanistan and abroad.

We are committed to the preservation and a genuine reflection of Afghanistan’s cultural, historical and national values, which our ancestors have earned at high costs, and the misrepresentation of which we must not allow. This principle entails significance and priority for the Embassy, the accomplishment of which will not be possible without your assistance. We look forward to our joint representation of our country here in Canada.

Afghanistan, like its profoundly rich culture, has the unique gift of nearly $3trillion untapped mineral deposits. The discovery of these resources has focused global attention on Afghanistan, a sector in which, Canada, as one of the leading countries in the mining industry, is a major actor.The Embassy of Afghanistan in Canada is committed to the development of a genuine working relationship with the Canadian Academia and Private Sector, for which, the Embassy has dedicated specialized resources and staff. We will be facilitating the deepening of this relationship between the Ministry of Mines of the Government of Afghanistan on one hand and Canadian businesses interested in Mining and Business Development in Afghanistan on the other. This department, in close coordination with relevant institutions of both countries, will also facilitate trade and commerce relations between Afghans and Canadians.

Dear Friends,

Despite challenges, Afghanistan has witnessed notable globally aligned progress in the sectors of Health, Education, Agriculture and Trade. This progress entails human resource development and would have not been possible without the tireless efforts of Afghan repatriates who have gained access to global knowledge pool and have returned to their country to contribute to Afghanistan’s development. The Embassy of Afghanistan in Canada is committed to further strengthening of this process and facilitates safe return and continued contributions of our educated Afghan cadre.

دوستان گرامی، هموطنان عزیز:ـ

افغان های گرانمایه:ـ

سفارت افغانستان در کانادا، خانۀ همۀ شماست. ما کارمندان این سفارت به حیث کارکنان و خدمتگذاران، گماشته شده ایم تا هم در تأمین روابط دولتین وظایف خود را به درستی انجام دهیم و هم پل ارتباطی و خدماتی میان هموطنان ما که در کانادا و افغانستان زنده گی می کنند، باشیم.ـ

نماینده گی از ارزش های فرهنگی تاریخی و ملی افغانستان وظیفۀ هر فرد ماست. این ارزش ها که در طول تاریخ و با فداکاری بی مانند بزرگان ما به ما رسیده، نباید کم ارزش جلوه داده شده و در چشم بیگانگان خوار و بیدادگر جلوه کنند. اهمیت این اصل، یکی از اولویت های کاری این سفارت شمرده شده و امید ما خصوصاً از هموطنان ما این است تا در این اصل مشترک ما را یاری نموده و کمک کنند تا در معرفی ارزش های بی بدیل مان، یکجا کار کنیم.ـ

سرزمین افغانستان مانند فرهنگ پربارش دارای منابع سرشار طبیعی نیز است. این منابع دست نخورده، کشور مان را به یکی از مراکز توجۀ اقتصاد جهانی تبدیل کرده است. کشور کانادا یکی از پیشگامان عرصۀ معدن و تفحصات در جهان به شمار می رود. اولویت دیگر کاری ما تنظیم و تسهیل روابط اقتصادی میان حکومت، بخش خصوصی و علمی کشور کانادا و افغانستان است. برای این منظور یک بخش کاری در سفارت اختصاص داده شده تا بهترین روابط و خوبترین سهولت ها را در همآهنگی با وزارت معادن افغانستان برای کانادایی ها و دیگر نهاد ها و اشخاص متمایل به وجود آورد. ـ

همچنان این بخش در بهسازی روابط بازرگانی میان تجار و متشبثین خصوصی افغان و کانادایی در همآهنگی با نهاد های مربوطۀ دو کشور مساعی کافی را مبذول خواهد داشت.ـ

دوستان عزیز:ـ

کشور ما با وجود دشواری های فراوان، در دهۀ گذشته رشد قابل ملاحظه ای کرده و هنوز هم مطابق به معیار های بین المللی سکتور های زراعت، تجارت، آموزش و صحت در حال پویایی اند. این پیشرفت یقیناً با ایجاد ظرفیت های انسانی و کاری بوجود آمده است. هموطنان عزیز ما که در سال های مهاجرت توانسته اند قله های پربار مؤفقیت را در فراگرفتن دانش در نهاد های نام آور آموزشی جهان کسب کنند، یکی بعد از دیگری به افغانستان بر می گردند و در ارتقای ظرفیت های کاری سهم خود را ادا می کنند. این سفارت وظیفه و اولویت اساسی خود می داند تا با استفاده از برنامه های موجود، دوستان تحصیل کرده و با تجربه را تشویق نماید که به میهن خود برگردند و در توسعه و پیشرفت کشور شان سهیم شوند.ـ
